Mix dry rub ingredients into a large Tupperware container and set aside.
Cut chicken breasts into 1-inch square pieces.
Cut bacon into 3 equal sized pieces.
Mix the chicken breast pieces into the rub container and coat them well with the dry rub, then remove them and set in a separate bowl.
Carefully wrap each chicken piece with a bacon slice and hold in place with a toothpick then drop back into the rub container, coat well with rub then place on a foil wrapped baking sheet.
Continue this process until all the wraps are complete.
Place the wraps into the oven or smoker and cookfor approximately 30 to 40 minutes. Or until the bacon is crispy.
