Ragin’ Texas Cowboy Butter
BBQUE TEXAS® Ragin’ Texas Cowboy Butter is a rich, garlicky melted butter sauce made with Ragin’ Texas Cajun, fresh parsley, lemon juice, Dijon mustard and Worcestershire sauce. Bold, buttery and packed with Texas flavor, it’s perfect for pouring over steak, chicken, shrimp, potatoes or vegetables, or serving warm as a dipping sauce.
Ingredients
- 2 sticks 1 cup salted Irish butter, melted
- 10 cloves garlic finely minced
- 2 tablespoons BBQUE TEXAS® Ragin’ Texas Cajun seasoning
- ¼ cup fresh parsley finely chopped
- 2 tablespoons fresh lemon juice
- 2 teaspoons Dijon mustard
- 1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
Instructions
- Melt the Irish butter over low heat.
- Stir in the finely minced garlic, Ragin’ Texas Cajun, parsley, lemon juice, Dijon mustard and Worcestershire sauce.
- Keep over low heat, stirring until everything is well combined and the garlic is fragrant. Don’t let the garlic brown.
- Remove from the heat and stir well so all that garlic, seasoning and herbs are distributed throughout the butter.
- Serve warm and pour it all over your steak, chicken, shrimp, potatoes or veggies—or use it as a dipping sauce.
