The Best Crispy Buffalo Wings Recipe

Ingredients

Wing Sauce:
¾ Stick of Butter
3 Tbsp Minced Garlic
12 oz Franks Red Hot Wing Sauce
1 Tbsp BBQUE TEXAS Cluckin’ Good Seasoning
Wings:
2 lbs of Chicken Wings
Olive Oil for coating
4 Tsp Baking Powder
5 Tbsp BBQUE TEXAS Cluckin’ Good Seasoning
1 Lemon for Zest
¼ Cup of Parsley (for Garnish)

Instructions

Start with 2 lbs of chicken wings and make sure they are completely dry (pat them with a paper towel to ensure they are).
Coat the wings with olive oil, baking powder and generously with our BBQUE TEXAS Cluckin’ Good seasoning.
Add some fresh lemon zest and mix your wings together well.
For your wing sauce, sauté the minced garlic on medium heat for one minute. Then add the butter, Franks Red Hot sauce and BBQUE TEXAS Cluckin’ Good seasoning again. Mix the ingredients together until the butter is melted. Then take the sauce off the heat and set it aside.
Spray your BBQ pit grate with a nonstick spray, then spread out your wings evenly and cook them at 400 degrees until their internal temperature reaches 165.
After your wings reach their appropriate internal temperature, pull them off the pit and then toss them in the sauce. Add fresh parsley for garnish and you're ready to now dip in with some ranch or blue cheese dressing.
