Ingredients
- 2 lbs 80/20 Ground Beef
- 8 oz can Tomato Sauce
- 8-10 oz Beef Broth
- 8-10 oz Chicken Broth
- 10 Tbsp Texas Red Chili Mix
- 1/4 Tsp Cayanne Pepper Optional for Extra Heat
Instructions
- Brown 2 lbs of 80/20 ground beef and drain fat
- Add one 8-oz can of tomato sauce
- Add 8-10 oz of beef broth
- Add 8-10 oz of chicken broth
- Add 6 tablespoons of BBQUE TEXAS Texas Red Chili Mix
- Simmer on low heat for 1 hour
- Add 4 tablespoons of BBQUE TEXAS Texas Red Chili Mix (add more broth as needed for desired consistency)
- Simmer for 30 minutes
- You're ready to serve this up! This makes approximately 4 bowls of chili.
- Garnish with cheddar cheese, sour cream of any other of your favorite toppings and DIG IN!
- For extra heat, add 1/4 teaspoon of cayenne pepper (or even more, to taste)
