You’re going to by coating your chicken with some olive oil. Sprinkle some BBQUE TEXAS Cluckin’ Good seasoning generously on both sides of the chicken.
Then cook your chicken in a cast iron skillet on high with some olive oil. Cook it until it reaches an internal temp of 160 degrees (it will cook a little more in the oven later on).
Cube your chicken into small chunks. Sprinkle the chicken again with some Cluckin’ Good seasoning. Then mix your chicken together well in a bowl with a cup of wing sauce, ½ a cup of ranch and freshly chopped cilantro.
Then you’ll use a bread knife and cut your Hawaiian rolls down the middle.
Add your chicken mixture to the bottom half of the sliders and then top it all with the sliced cheese.
Bake your sliders @ 350 degrees until your cheese has melted.
Place the other half of your Hawaiian rolls on top of the melted cheese and then generously brush your garlic butter mixture onto the tops of the rolls.
Bake them again for another 5 minutes until they’re nice and golden brown! That's it. You're now ready to dig into this crowd pleaser and enjoy!
